Doctors get special training to boost HPV vaccination rates in hispanic communities

NCT ID NCT05120869

Summary

This study tested whether training healthcare providers to better communicate about HPV and its vaccine would help reduce vaccine hesitancy and increase vaccination rates among the Hispanic population they serve. Researchers worked with 178 current and student healthcare providers in the El Paso border region. The goal was to improve how providers discuss vaccination, making conversations more informed and culturally sensitive.
