Can less radiation fight HPV throat cancer just as well?

Summary
This study is testing whether doctors can safely lower the radiation dose given to patients after surgery for HPV-positive throat cancer. The goal is to reduce long-term side effects like trouble swallowing or dry mouth, while still preventing the cancer from coming back. About 304 patients who have had surgery will receive a reduced radiation dose, and their health will be closely monitored for two years to see if the treatment remains effective.
