Summary

This study tested two experimental vaccines (HB-201 and HB-202) in 198 people with HPV 16-positive cancers. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the vaccines could shrink tumors. The approach uses the body's immune system to fight cancer cells, but ongoing treatment or monitoring may still be needed.
