Summary
This study is testing a new drug called HPN328, both alone and in combination with other cancer drugs, for people with advanced cancers that have a specific marker called DLL3. The main goals are to find safe and effective doses and to see how well the treatments work. The trial is for people with small-cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine cancers that have worsened after standard treatments.
