Summary
This study surveys current and past surgery fellows and their teachers to see if advanced training in HPB (liver, pancreas, bile duct) or complex GI surgery prepares surgeons for independent practice. About 100 participants will share their experiences. The goal is to understand how well these fellowship programs work.
