NCT ID NCT07658352
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests an experimental daily pill called HP-002 in people with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and then checking if the drug can shrink tumors. It includes several lymphoma subtypes such as CLL/SLL, MCL, MZL, DLBCL, FL, WM, and PCNSL.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
HP-002 (a daily oral drug)
What this could lead to
If successful, HP-002 could offer a new treatment option for people with certain types of lymphoma that have not responded to other therapies.
What could go wrong
This is an early, first-in-human study, so safety and effectiveness are not yet known. The drug may cause side effects or fail to shrink tumors.
