Summary
This study aims to understand how a single session of weightlifting affects feelings of hunger and the body's energy balance. Researchers will compare these effects between 30 healthy men and women to see if their bodies respond differently. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help create better, more personalized exercise advice in the future.
