Vibration study reveals how your Body's reflexes react to different loads
NCT ID NCT07170709
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at how the amount of weight on your legs changes the timing of reflexes triggered by whole-body vibration. Healthy adults aged 18-40 stood on one or both feet on a vibrating platform while muscle activity was measured. The goal was to better understand which reflexes are activated, which could help design better vibration-based exercises for rehabilitation.
