Summary
This study gives a single dose of a new kidney disease drug (HRS-1780) to 6 healthy men to see how it is absorbed, broken down, and eliminated. It does not treat the disease but helps researchers understand the drug's behavior and safety. Participants must be healthy males aged 18-45 with a BMI between 19 and 26.
