NCT ID NCT07015918
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This completed Phase 1 study looked at how the experimental drug PF-07976016 is absorbed, distributed, and removed from the body. Eight healthy male volunteers took the drug by mouth and by vein so researchers could track its path using a tiny radioactive marker. The goal was purely to understand the drug's behavior, not to treat any disease.
