Scientists test what makes a meal satisfying
NCT ID NCT07178405
Summary
This study aimed to understand how different qualities of a meal affect how much people eat, how quickly they eat, and their feelings of hunger. Researchers tested 85 adults with varying body weights by having them eat different types of meals. The goal was to gather knowledge about appetite control, not to provide a treatment.
