First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at how different shoe heel heights affect walking in healthy adults aged 18-35. Researchers will measure things like walking speed, step length, and hip movement while participants walk barefoot, in 2 cm heels, and in 6 cm heels. The goal is to understand how heel height changes the way we walk, which could help improve shoe design and rehabilitation programs.
