Summary
This study looks at how eating potassium-rich foods might protect blood vessels in healthy adults who also eat a lot of salt. Researchers will measure blood vessel function and blood pressure in 90 people with normal blood pressure. The goal is to understand potassium's role in keeping arteries flexible and healthy.
