Summary
This study aims to understand how the metal from braces changes the bacteria in dental plaque and affects gum disease treatment. Researchers will compare people with metal and non-metal braces, some using a special mouthwash, to see how these factors influence gum health and bacterial growth. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve oral care for people undergoing orthodontic treatment.
