Summary

This early-phase trial studies how the antifungal drug fluconazole changes the gut microbiome and immune system in 50 healthy men aged 18-35. Participants take one 200 mg tablet daily for 14 days or receive no treatment. Researchers compare stool and blood samples over 6 months to see how long any changes last.
