Summary

This study aims to understand how alcohol affects sleep differently in women and men. Researchers will monitor the sleep of 130 healthy adults after they receive a controlled dose of alcohol or a placebo. The main goal is to see if women's sleep is more sensitive to alcohol disruption, especially at different points in their menstrual cycle.
