First human tests begin for potential dust mite allergy shot
NCT ID NCT04184895
Summary
This is a very early Phase 1 study to check the safety and side effects of a new injection called ASP2390 in adults who are allergic to house dust mites. The study will also measure if the injections change the body's immune response to the allergen. A small group of 28 participants will receive increasing doses of the injection under the skin to see how well it is tolerated.
