Summary
This study tested a phone app designed to support breastfeeding for African American and Black mothers and their partners. The app provides culturally tailored information and tips. Researchers wanted to see if sending text reminders (nudges) would encourage more people to use the app. The study involved 20 mothers and a few partners, all of whom were pregnant or expecting.
