Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called MT-8554 for women experiencing frequent hot flashes. Researchers wanted to see if the drug was safe and how it affected hot flash frequency and body temperature. The study included 24 women who had at least 7 hot flashes per day, including some with breast cancer history and others going through menopause.
