Summary
This study is testing a program called Tea(m)Time, designed to help hospital work teams better handle stress together. It will involve about 150 hospital staff members, who will be surveyed before and after the program to see how it affects team strength and well-being. The goal is to learn what helps or hinders the success of such team-focused support programs.
