Summary
This study aims to understand if regular outdoor horseback riding improves physical health and well-being. Researchers will compare 64 healthy adults—half who ride horses weekly and half who do not—measuring their leg strength, core stability, balance, sleep quality, and movement ability. The goal is to gather evidence on horseback riding as a potential activity for maintaining fitness.
