Horses help heal minds: new therapy for personality disorder

Summary

This small study will test if spending time with horses as part of therapy can help people in a psychiatric hospital who have emotionally unstable personality disorder. Six participants will take part in six sessions of equine-assisted psychotherapy. Researchers will interview them to see if it improves their emotional regulation and connection to others.
