Summary
This study tests a mix of medicines—including a protein from horse blood—to treat aplastic anemia and low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). These conditions cause dangerously low blood cell counts. The treatment aims to kill overactive immune cells and stimulate white blood cell growth. About 140 adults will receive the drug combination to see if it improves blood counts and is safe.
