Summary

This study looks at whether the hormones estradiol and progesterone play a role in controlling appetite and energy balance. Sixty healthy young men will take hormone supplements or a placebo for 13 days. They will do high-intensity exercise or rest, and researchers will measure their hunger, food intake, and energy use. The goal is to better understand how these hormones influence eating behavior.
