Summary
This study aims to understand how gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) affects heart disease risk, metabolism, and mood in transgender individuals. Researchers will observe 94 participants, taking detailed blood tests and health measurements before starting therapy and again at 6 and 12 months. The goal is to gather detailed information to help improve future healthcare for transgender people.
