Summary
This study aims to understand how gender-affirming hormone therapy affects heart and liver health. Researchers will use MRI scans and blood tests to measure changes in heart function, organ fat, and diabetes risk in 40 transgender adults over 6 months of treatment. The goal is to gather new safety data to help guide future medical care.
