Summary

This study aims to find the best hormone replacement therapy (HRT) doses and schedules for teenage girls with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), a condition causing early menopause. Researchers will monitor how HRT affects bone strength, heart health, metabolism, and quality of life over two years. The study will compare 185 girls aged 11-19 with POI to healthy volunteers.
