Can exercise and hormones protect Women's hearts after menopause?

Summary
This study is looking at whether a supervised exercise program, combined with hormone replacement therapy, can help improve health in women after menopause. It will measure changes in body fat, muscle mass, heart disease risk, and how well the body uses insulin. About 390 postmenopausal women will follow a 12- to 24-week exercise program while researchers track these health markers.
