Summary
This study tested a single dose of an experimental drug called HOPO 14-1 in 42 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Participants took one capsule and were monitored for side effects and drug levels in the blood. The goal was to find a safe dose up to 7500 mg for future studies.
