New hope for Burned-Out cancer doctors

Summary
This study is testing a new workshop designed to help doctors, nurses, and other clinicians who care for ovarian cancer patients manage work-related stress and burnout. The 4-week program, called HOPE-C, helps participants reframe challenging experiences and build peer support. Researchers will see if the program is practical and acceptable to clinicians in this demanding field.
