NCT ID NCT07548645

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily dietary supplement called HOP Box can improve markers of biological aging and overall health in women aged 35 to 60. Thirty-five women will take the supplement twice daily for 90 days, with changes measured via blood tests, a wearable ring, and health surveys. There is no placebo group, so results will show if the supplement shows enough promise to warrant a larger trial.
