Summary
This study is a registry that aims to understand the real-world outcomes for heart attack patients who develop severe, life-threatening shock in Hong Kong. It will track and compare patients who receive mechanical heart pump support with those who do not, to see how these devices affect survival and complication rates. The goal is to gather local evidence to help hospitals improve care for this critical condition.
