Sweet relief? honey gel tested for painful mouth condition

Summary
This study is testing whether a honey-based gel works as well as a standard steroid gel to reduce pain and heal sores from oral lichen planus, a chronic inflammatory mouth condition. It involves 56 adults aged 35-60 who have painful, erosive or atrophic sores. Participants will use one of the gels for four months and track their symptoms to see which provides better relief and improves quality of life.
