Could daily honey help young eyes fight glaucoma?
NCT ID NCT07396441
Summary
This study is testing if taking a daily dose of stingless bee honey can help young people with glaucoma. Researchers want to see if the honey reduces eye inflammation, protects the nerve layer at the back of the eye, and eases dry eye symptoms. About 60 participants will be split into two groups: one will eat honey daily for three months, while the other continues their standard care without honey.
