Summary
This small pilot study aims to find out if eyedrops made from stingless bee honey are safe and can help relieve dry eye symptoms. Researchers will test three different strengths of the honey drops on 45 adults with dry eye disease over one month. The main goal is to see if the drops improve eye comfort and tear film stability without causing significant side effects.
