Summary
This study looks at how homocysteine (a natural substance in the blood) and blood vessel function relate to kidney disease severity in people with early-stage Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). Researchers will measure these factors in 80 participants aged 15-40 to see if they can help predict how the disease will progress. The goal is to improve understanding of the disease, not to test a new treatment.
