Summary
This study looked at whether the drug ZULRESSO (brexanolone) can be safely used at home to treat postpartum depression. Fifty-two women with postpartum depression took part. The main goal was to see if any side effects caused the treatment to be stopped or interrupted. The study also checked if people followed safety rules for home use.
