New home oxygen device aims to ease breathing for chronic patients

This study is testing whether a new type of home oxygen therapy can improve breathing comfort and quality of life for people with long-term lung or heart conditions who need oxygen after leaving the hospital. Participants will try both the new therapy and standard oxygen therapy for two weeks each, in random order, so researchers can compare the effects. The main goal is to see if the new therapy reduces shortness of breath and improves daily life at home.
