Home eye test could cut clinic visits for vision loss patients
NCT ID NCT07255859
Summary
This study is testing a new home device that tracks where a person looks to check if their wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is coming back. It aims to see if this device works as well as the standard paper test used in clinics. If successful, it could help patients monitor their condition from home and reduce the number of stressful trips to the eye doctor.
