First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tested if a structured home exercise program could reduce neck pain and improve movement better than standard hands-on therapy for people with whiplash from car accidents. Eighty adults with ongoing neck pain were split into two groups and treated for eight weeks. The goal was to find a more convenient, effective way to manage whiplash symptoms.
