First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple home exercise program could reduce neck pain and improve movement in people with whiplash from car accidents. 80 adults were split into two groups: one did guided exercises at home, the other received standard hands-on therapy. After 8 weeks, researchers compared pain levels and neck mobility to see which approach worked better.
