Simple home exercises tested for knee pain relief
NCT ID NCT07445568
Summary
This study tested whether a simple home exercise program could reduce knee pain in older adults with arthritis. Participants performed brief daily thigh muscle contractions for 28 days and used one of four topical creams (including placebo, CBD, or arnica) to see if they helped. The goal was to find safe, low-cost home strategies to manage knee pain when supervised therapy isn't available.
