First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether elderly people with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) benefit more from supervised or unsupervised home-based exercise using a modified Poco-Poco routine. 32 participants aged 60+ completed the program. The goal was to see if guided sessions improve quality of life and reduce loneliness more than doing the exercises alone.
