Can home workouts help cancer patients recover?

NCT ID NCT07440433

Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-month supervised home exercise program is practical, safe, and acceptable for adults who have or recently had cancer. Participants receive an exercise bike at home and follow a program of cycling and strength training, with weekly check-ins from a physical therapist. The main goal is to see if this type of program can be successfully run before planning a larger study to measure its benefits on physical function and quality of life.
