Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients with muscle, bone, or joint disorders follow their prescribed home exercise programs while others do not. Researchers will follow 252 adults with various conditions for 6 weeks to identify what personal, medical, or lifestyle factors influence their commitment. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors design better, more personalized home exercise plans that patients are more likely to stick with.
