Summary

This study looks at whether a wearable device that records brain waves and other vital signs at home can help doctors feel more confident when adjusting the dose of fenfluramine for people with Dravet syndrome or Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Twenty patients (ages 3 and up) will wear the device for three separate 3-7 day periods. The goal is to see if the extra data improves treatment decisions compared to standard care alone.
