Home EEG monitors aim to Fine-Tune treatment for severe epilepsy

NCT ID NCT07225231

Summary

This study is testing whether a home monitoring system can help doctors better adjust a seizure medication called fenfluramine for people with Dravet syndrome or Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. About 20 participants will wear small, portable devices at home for a few days at a time to record brain activity and other vital signs. The goal is to see if this extra information gives doctors more confidence in their treatment decisions compared to standard care.
