First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looked at whether veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and insomnia can measure their internal body clock from home. Thirty-one veterans wore a wrist device for a week and collected saliva samples at night to check melatonin levels. The goal was to see if these home methods are practical and could help doctors choose the right sleep treatment for each person.
