Summary
This study aims to improve medical care for people with severe ME/CFS or Long COVID who are too sick to leave their homes. Researchers will visit patients at home, create personalized care plans, and test if monthly expert consultations help improve patients' quality of life and reduce strain on their caregivers. The goal is to develop a better model of care for this often-overlooked, severely ill group.
