Bringing heart rehab home: a lifeline for rural pakistan?
NCT ID NCT07290907
Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based cardiac rehabilitation program can improve quality of life and healthy behaviors for people with heart disease in low-resource areas of Pakistan. It will involve about 92 participants who have been discharged from the hospital after a heart event. The goal is to see if structured support at home, including exercise and lifestyle guidance, works better than standard follow-up care alone.
